Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the 'return me' tag still attached.

For Dutch orders - Follow these steps to request a return:

Enter your order number or tracking number and zip code via this page. You can then download a return label via the button. The return costs of the order will be deducted from the refund.

After this you have 14 days to actually return the item. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.

Once the return has been received by us, we will check the item. Please make sure the return tag is still attached at the trousers and in its original state. If you are eligible for reimbursement, you will receive your money back within a maximum of 14 days. If the return cannot be approved for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

For international orders - If you're placing an international order and located outside the EU, we recommend arranging your own return label with tracking through your preferred carrier.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us. We advise choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received, so we can process the return and transfer the refund.

If a product is defective due to manufacturing flaws, please inform us within 2 months of purchase. If the damaged item is no longer available, you will receive a credit voucher for the purchase amount to choose a new pair of pants.

Our pants are crafted from high-quality vegan leather made from tea, providing both comfort and durability. This material is eco-friendly and biodegradable.

For best results, we recommend washing jeans and business wear inside out in cold water at 20 or 30 degrees and air dry. The vegan leather pants should be dry-cleaned only to maintain their pristine condition! We highly recommend to not iron or steam our vegan leather trousers made from tea leaves. Handle her with care and bring her to your nearest dry cleaning.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer tailoring options. We hope to introduce a range of sizes with different lengths in the future. We advise you to consult our size chart and contact us for assistance in selecting the right size.
