What payment options are available?
We offer a variety of payment methods, including American Express, Visa, GooglePay, iDeal, and Klarna. With Klarna, you have the option to pay later, allowing you to check out at your own pace.
Can I pay in installments or after delivery?
Yes, you can choose to pay after delivery with Klarna. This enables you to receive your pants before making payment at your
convenience. Simply select “Pay later” during checkout.
What should I do if my payment does not go through?
If your payment fails, please check that all
information is entered correctly and try again. If the issue persists, contact our customer service for assistance via info@tforallwomen.com.
How do I enter a discount or gift card code?
During checkout, you’ll find a field to enter
your discount or gift card code. Enter the code and click “Apply” to see the discount reflected in your total. Ensure that you enter the code correctly, including any uppercase letters and numbers.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address,
please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@tforallwomen.com. We can assist you as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please note that changes
may not always be feasible.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within The Netherlands for orders over €140. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.95 will apply. For more details, please visit

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we also offer international shipping.
Please note that the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and may
vary by region.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days within the Netherlands. Within 24 hours after placing your order, your package
will be shipped. For international orders, delivery times may vary by destination and can take up to 10 days.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must
be unworn and in their original condition, with the 'return me' tag still attached. Please review our return policy for more information.
How can I return or exchange an item?
For Dutch orders - Follow these steps to
request a return:
Start your return process here.
After this you have 14 days to actually return the item. Pack the item securely
to prevent damage during transport.
Once the return has been received by us, we will check the item. Please make
sure the return tag is still attached at the trousers and in its original state. If you are eligible for reimbursement, you will receive your money back within a maximum of 14 days. If the return cannot be approved for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
For U.S. Customers: if you’d like to return an item, please note that return shipping is at your own expense. Simply reach out to us at info@tforallwomen.com, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Who pays for the return?
Return shipping costs are not covered by us. We advise choosing a trackable shipping
method to ensure your return is received, so we can process the return and
transfer the refund.
Warranty & Product Information
What is your warranty policy?
If a product is defective due to manufacturing flaws, please inform us within 2
months of purchase. If the damaged item is no longer available, you will
receive a credit voucher for the purchase amount to choose a new pair of pants.
How should I care for my T FOR ALL pants?
For best results, we recommend washing jeans and business wear inside out in cold water at 20 or 30 degrees and air dry. The
vegan leather pants should be dry-cleaned only to maintain their pristine condition! Always refer to the care label inside the pants for specific instructions. Please find all the exact information on the Care Guide
page.
Can I iron or steam my pants?
We highly recommend to not iron or steam our vegan leather pants made from tea leaves. Handle her with care and bring her to your nearest dry cleaning. The denims and
other pants can be steamed and ironed.
Can the product be tailored if it doesn't fit perfectly?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer
tailoring options. We hope to introduce a range of sizes with different lengths
in the future. We advise you to consult our size chart and contact us for assistance in selecting the right size.
Are the pants designed for tall women of all body types?
Yes, our pants are specifically designed for
tall women and are available in various styles and sizes to flatter all body types. We offer sizes from XS (34) to XXXL (46), aiming to cater to a wide range of women so that every tall woman can find the perfect fit.

ecological footprint than traditional leather. Additionally, we adhere to sustainable production processes and fair labor practices, and we utilize eco-friendly shipping materials.

Tea-based vegan leather is an eco-friendly
alternative to animal leather, made from repurposed tea materials. It is biodegradable, sustainable, and offers the same luxurious appearance and durability as traditional leather.
