Refund policy

The option to return items is available for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Ordered before Tuesday February 25th? Enter your order number or tracking number and zip code via this page. You can then download a return label via the button. The return costs of the order will be deducted from the refund.

Ordered on or after Tuesday February 25th? Start your return process here.

Do you live outside The Netherlands?

Return shipping costs are not covered by us. We advise choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received, so we can process the return and transfer the refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method or credit card within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund appears on your statement.
If this is not the issue, contact your bank as often there is processing time for refunds.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be issued for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same one, please email info@tforallwomen.com and send the item to: Van Bossestraat 10-1, Amsterdam, North Holland, 1051JX, The Netherlands.

Gifts
If the item was purchased specifically as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. A gift card will be sent to you once we have received the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the giver had the item shipped to themselves first and then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the person who gave it to you, and they will be notified that the item has been returned.

Shipping
To return your item, please ship it to: Van Bossestraat 10-1, Amsterdam, North Holland, 1051JX, The Netherlands.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.

If you are returning an item with a value of over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
