Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within The Netherlands for orders over €140. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €4.95 will apply. For more details, please visit our shipping information page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we also offer international shipping. Please note that the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and may vary by region.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days within The Netherlands. Orders placed before 4PM (CET) will be shipped the same day. For international orders, delivery times may vary by destination and can take up to 8 days. All though this may vary due custom processes. Extra charges such as taxes and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the 'return me' tag still attached. Please review our return policy for more information.
Who pays for the return?
Return shipping costs are not covered by us. We advise choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received, so we can process the return and transfer the refund.
For Dutch orders - Follow these steps to request a return:
Enter your order number or tracking number and zip code via this page. You can then download a return label via the button. The return costs of the order will be deducted from the refund.
After this you have 14 days to actually return the item. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.
Once the return has been received by us, we will check the item. Please make sure the return tag is still attached at the trousers and in its original state. If you are eligible for reimbursement, you will receive your money back within a maximum of 14 days. If the return cannot be approved for whatever reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
For international orders - If you're placing an international order and located outside the EU, we recommend arranging your own return label with tracking through your preferred carrier.
