About T FOR ALL
T FOR ALL is a premium pants brand designed exclusively for tall women (175cm (5’9”) - 200cm (6’7”). Since launching in 2024, we’ve been building an international brand that combines style, quality, and inclusivity. Based in Amsterdam (and often beyond), we’re on a mission to make sure tall women finally feel confident in their pants.

What will you do?
As an intern, you’ll be fully involved in the day-to-day growth of T FOR ALL. No coffee runs, real responsibility. You’ll work closely with the founder (yes, that’s me ), join on-the-go moments, and have the freedom to bring your ideas to life.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Thinking along on creative growth strategies
  • Supporting with newsletters and social media content
  • Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements
  • Spotting trends and identifying opportunities for new campaigns or products
  • Assisting with influencer marketing, PR, and events
  • Creating behind-the-scenes content (no need to be a TikTok expert, but a good eye helps)
  • Joining events and meetings: from shoots to networking events, you’ll connect with influencers, media, and potential customers while actively helping grow the T FOR ALL network

Who are you?

  • You’re currently studying (HBO/WO / Bachelor or Master) in marketing, communication, fashion, business, or media
  • You have a strong interest in fashion combined with a commercial mindset
  • You’re proactive and enjoy thinking about strategy and growth
  • You’re creative, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with Canva, Instagram, or TikTok is a must
  • You’re available from September 1st for 4 - 5 days per week
